In 2000 our CEO, Jamie Warner, started his own successful mid-size MSP, (MSPmentor501, 2011-2017). In 2009 he realized email support (support@) was hurting his MSPs productivity by never getting the right information and playing 20 questions to get it. He felt there had to be a better way so in 2010 he decided to replace email support with a ‘one pane of glass’ desktop and mobile App called an ITSupportPanel™ .

The new platform gave his MSP the right information the first time — ticket type, sub type, screenshot, username, client name, host name, form data (e.g. new user requests).
