Jamie founded Invarosoft after 17 years of running eNerds™ — one of Australia's leading MSPs with over 60 staff across 3 cities. Starting his MSP at age 22 in 2000 during the dot-com crash, Jamie experienced the pain of disjointed tooling firsthand and built Invarosoft to solve the problem for the entire industry. He leads product strategy, company direction, and is the driving force behind Invarosoft's vision to unify the MSP technology stack.

Manuel owns the customer success function at Invarosoft, ensuring that every MSP partner gets maximum value from the platform. He and his team work closely with partners from onboarding through to expansion — building playbooks, running training programmes, and acting as the voice of the customer back into product. Manuel's mission is simple: make every Invarosoft customer wildly successful.

With extensive experience building scalable SaaS platforms, Dale ensures that Invarosoft's infrastructure can handle the demands of the world's most ambitious MSPs. He champions engineering excellence, security, and the rapid delivery of features that matter most to IT service businesses.

Vivian oversees Invarosoft's financial operations, planning, and reporting. With a strong background in SaaS finance and international business, she ensures the company maintains robust financial health while scaling across North America, Australia, and the UK.
